D11R Pushes Massive Rock

You spend the whole day operating that monster, pushing around rocks like that one and then when you get home, your wife wants to to do the dishes! U could tell that it is quite old from the rattling and shrieking sounds and yet look at it's display of such enormous power - I was comparing the size of the rocks to the operator in the dozer. Nice. Reminds me of when I use to live in Colorado. It was 1978 and road construction was going on as I made my way up to Estes Park. A dry river bed next to this road had a bulldozer in it pushing a boulder at least 20 times the size of the one in this video. The bulldozer was so big it had a long climbing ladder to get to the operators cab and every time the boulder would flop on it side as it rolled along, I could feel the shaking on the road and hear the rumble. Too damn bad I had no way to film it. The rock was as big as my 2 story house!! Couldn't help but stare at the awesome scene. The bulldozer was not even working heavily. The boulder was mostly round, that helped.

The Most Difficult Job Done by The Dozer - CAT D7R Break Down The Trees

The Most Difficult Job Done by The Dozer - CAT D7R Break Down The Trees. Why this work is difficult because the dozer cannot push arbitrarily, because it can cause damage to the function of the dozer blade area, so the operator must be really capable of doing it. Here is the video of the most difficult job done by the dozer. Hope you enjoy the video don't forget to subscribe and leave a positive comment. People think nothing can resist a bulldozer. I have a D4C on my Texas ranch. Much smaller that your machine but still a very good ranch machine. It takes work to clear larger trees. Digging around them, building up soil to get better leverage, and then the cleanup. Even smaller thick brush is difficult.

Great job, you cover each and every aspect of the action, plus you caught all the railroad action. For a railfan, I couldn't ask for more. When you need a big crane to assemble a bigger crane, you know it’s going to be an interesting lif. The way you spent 3 minutes covering the boom sections being unloaded, only to pan away as they are being connected together, or to the carrier, genius camera/editing work. And don't get me started on how enjoyable it was to watch almost 4 minutes of train footage...I was on the edge of my seat. Top job for the camera work. Anyone can film a steady shot, it takes a really special guy to include such random shakes and twitches as you did.

Typically, bulldozers are large and powerful tracked heavy equipment. The tracks give them excellent traction and mobility through very rough terrain. Wide tracks also help distribute the vehicle's weight over a large area (decreasing ground pressure), thus preventing it from sinking in sandy or muddy ground.

On the face of it to us laymen this looked an easy peasy job. And when I started watching I thought this isn’t worthy of a YouTube video given your usual standards. But wow ! How wrong was I !! What a recovery. Not as simple as it looked. Great work and great team work. Best wishes from the UK. As an equipment operator and equipment owner with a construction company with a few rescues under his belt, in Texas. There are few things I would have done differently in this situation. But I don't think this would have been legal in California. The fact you guys did this without cracking the hydraulic pressure on the cylinders and getting this thing up right is super impressive. Respect where it's due. You guys did a great job.

Guess the crane operator gets maximum lift by pulling the forward stabilizers 6 ft off the ground. Damn lucky the crane didn't wind up on top of that excavator. Never did figure out what the guy standing on the crane deck was doing, that was a new one on me. Also, way more power delivered to the ground and far less wear, tear and strain on the tracks and idler if your drive sprockets are in the rear of direction of travel, I.E. drive forward. Job completed and nobody died, but room for improvement. A little training goes a long way. Stay safe.

The bucket on the sinking machine is holding it back from going anywhere..only answer bring a proper crane in lift it out...actually there making it worse an to many operators hand waving all over the place..If that cable break, those two could had died. Don’t understand why they risk their lives standing on top of there for? Damn lucky!
